U drill normal has two series, one is WC series another SP Series.

How to Choose SP series or WC series u drill and inserts.
SP Bottom hole is flat with respect to WC, square blade,4 faces can working, the finish is better than WC.
WC insert cheaper and drilling efficiency is high,  triangular insert, 3 faces can working, drilling efficiency is slightly better than the SP type.

if you use steel and stainless steel, we suggest you use our grade WB215S, this grade can working two kinds of material at the same time.
The highly hard substrate combines both favorable shock resistance and blade security, used PVD coating with excellent versatility, it is preferred in interrupted turning and milling stainless steel.
The highly hard and thin grained substrate combines with SI coating which has wearing resistance and better thermal stability, suited for ISO M and soft steel in milling.
